We pride ourselves in our competitive pricing strategy along with our dynamic approach which has led to rapid growth in lettings. We can provide a full management or a letting only service

The full management service we provide includes:

  • Provide a value as to the likely rental income.
  • Marketing of the property in branch, on the website & through 'to let' boards.
  • Interview tenants, arrange viewings and process references through a tenancy checking agency.
  • Prepare and arrange the signing of the Tenancy Agreement.
  • Arranging home insurance quotation for Landlords and Tenants.
  • Prepare an inventory including photographs of the condition of the Property.
  • Advise and assist in transferring utility service accounts.
  • Collect a deposit from the tenant and securing within a government approved tenancy deposit scheme.
  • Monthly rent collection and balance minus management fee transferred to your account with invoice if required.
  • Carry out inspections of the Property.
  • Arrange repairs or maintenance to the Property where requested.
  • Serve notices of possession.
  • Inspection of property at end of tenancy

All required safety checks with regard to Gas, Electric and furnishings must be carried out. We can organise these for you when necessary.
