Energy Performance Certificates
An Energy Performance Certificate is a report carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor who will visit your property and produce a grade, which will represent the energy efficiency of your property. An EPC is also mandatory for all property rentals as from October 2008.
It is the seller's responsibility to cover the costs for the Home Improvement Pack. We, at Platinum, will be happy to arrange the EPC for you.
Conveyancing
Conveyancing is the process whereby the title of property is transferred from one person to another. This is a critical part of selling your home and to ensure this task is done successfully you will need a solicitor to complete the property sale.
